(PER : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE JAYANT PATEL) By interim order, it is directed that the petitioner shall be re-examined by the approved medical board of CISF and the report shall be produced before this Court as to whether the petitioner could be said as medically fit for the post in question or not.
