This application U/s 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed to quash the impugned complaint, bearing Complaint Case No. 328 of 2008 (Chap Singh vs. Praveen Kumar and others), U/s 499, 500 I.P.C. pending before the court of Judicial Magistrate, Sardhana, Meerut.
Record shows that this matter is pending since 2008 on account of interim order dated 18.9.2008 passed by this Court whereby the proceedings of the lower Court has also been stayed.
Application is dismissed for want of prosecution. Interim order stands vacated.
