Petitioners appear to have preferred an appeal before the respondent no.2 against the order dated 26.2.2019. Grievance is that such appeal has remained pending since June, 2019 without any orders passed upon it.
Learned Standing Counsel states that in case such an appeal has remained pending, the appellate authority shall pass necessary orders.
In the facts and circumstances, noticed above, it would be appropriate to permit the petitioners to approach respondent no.2 in respect of their grievance, annexing the memo of appeal allegedly filed in the month of June, 2019, alongwith a copy of this order. In case the appeal has not been decided so far, the second respondent shall ensure that petitioners' appeal is decided in accordance with law, by passing a reasoned order, within a further period of four months, thereafter.
With the above observations/directions, this writ petition stands disposed of.
The concerned Authority/Official shall verify the authenticity of computerized copy of this order from the official website of High Court Allahabad and shall act accordingly without waiting for submission of the certified copy of this order.
