Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the State.
The present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed to quash the order dated 19.09.2018 passed by Sessions Judge, Baghpat in criminal revision no. 68 of 2018 and also quash the entire proceeding of complaint case no. 5992 of 2016 under Section 138 N.I.Act pending before the A.C.J.M., Baghpat.
Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the applicant has already been bailed out.
In view of the above, the applicant has already been bailed out, if he so chooses may seek discharge filing appropriate application before concerned court, which shall be heard and decided by the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order by well reasoned and speaking order.
With the aforesaid order observation the application is disposed of.
