There is no convincing evidence on record to establish that the order of the Writ Court was served upon the opposite party, and therefore this Court in not inclined to entertain the instant contempt application, but leaves it open to the applicant to send certified copy of the order of the Writ Court to opposite party by registered post, and in the event, even thereafter, the direction issued by the Writ Court is not complied with, it shall be open to the applicant to approach this Court by way of a fresh petition.
The contempt application stands disposed of accordingly.
