JUDGMENT / ORDER

Hon'ble Ajai Kumar Srivastava-I,J.
Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned counsel for respondents through video conferencing.
The dispute raised in the present writ petition is between the private parties of which the jurisdiction lies before the competent civil court.
It is open for the petitioner to approach the competent civil court for the redressal of his grievance and for any interference in his peaceful possession, it is also open to him to approach the local police authorities.
The writ petition being non-maintainable is hereby rejected.
