Considering the facts of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the applicant's case, this application U/s 482 Cr.P.C. is finally disposed of with a direction to the courts below to decide the trial of Sessions Trial No. 147 of 2017 arising out of Case Crime No.746 of 2016 under Sections 302 I.P.C. and 3/25 of Arms Act, Police Station Chiluatal, District Gorakhpur without granting unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties as expeditiously as possible on day-to-day basis, strictly in accordance with the provisions of Section 309 Cr.P.C. from the date of production of certified copy of this order, if there is no legal impediment.
