Notices on behalf of respondent nos. 1,2 and 3 have been accepted by the learned Standing Counsel. There is no office report about the service of notice on respondent no. 4. Office is directed to give report about the service of notice on respondent no. 4.
Learned Standing Counsel submitted that counter affidavit has been filed on 5.7.1994. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that he has also filed rejoinder affidavit in July, 1994. Counter and rejoinder affidavits are not on record.
