Heard learned counsel for the applicants, Shri Abhishek Tripathi, learned counsel for first informant and learned AGA for the State.
Applicants- Praveen Kumar Singh @ Vikki, Manish Gupta alias Monu, Vikash Singh alias Banti, and Rakesh Gupta alias Chintu seeks anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 0091 of 2021, under Section 147, 323, 452, 504, 427 IPC, P.S.Maniyar, District- Ballia.
After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicants states that he does not want to press this anticipatory bail application and the applicants are ready to surrender and apply for regular bail.
In view of the statement made, in case, the applicants appear/surrender before the court below and apply for regular bail in the aforesaid case, the same be considered and disposed of expeditiously in accordance with law.
With the above directions, the anticipatory bail application stands disposed of.
