Heard Sri Nitin Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned AGA for the respondents-State and perused the record.
Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that the dispute between the parties have arrived at a compromise and no dispute now survives. It is asserted that the Investigating Agency is not taking into consideration.
Having considered all facts of the case, we deem it appropriate to dispose of this petition for writ by directing the Superintendent of Police, District- Farrukhabad to examine all the relevant issues which are duly submitted by the petitioner in the form of representation within a period of 15 days from today along with the certified copy of this order. Superintendent of Police shall take appropriate decision and direct the Investigating Officer for taking necessary steps.
The writ petition stands disposed of accordingly.
