Hon'ble Om Prakash-VII,J.
The appellant-Praveen Kumar Sharma appeared along with his counsel. Sri Anupam Kulshrestha, Advocate, appeared on behalf of the respondent-wife submitted that the respondent's daughter is ailing, therefore, she could not come.
List on 12.1.2015. On that day, both the parties shall appear in person along with their daughters.
Til the next date of listing, interim order shall continue.
