This writ petition has been filed for quashing the impugned First Information Report dated 27.8.2021 in Case Crime No.
183 of 2021, under Sections 420, 406 ,380, 504, 506 IPC, Police Station Kotwali Nagar, District Saharanpur.
Smt. Archana Singh, learned A.G.A.-I for the State-respondents submitted that the chargesheet has been filed in the present case and as such, the cause for filing present writ petition no more survives.
In view of above, the writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
