Heard Sri H.G.S. Parihar, learned Senior Advocate assisted by Ms. Meenakshi Parihar Singh and Sri Pravin Kumar Singh, Advocates for the petitioners and Sri Ran Vijay Singh, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel for the State-respondents. Learned counsel for the petitioners has filed an impleadment application seeking impleadment of 10 candidates in the array of opposite parties, as opposite party Nos.3 to 12. I have perused the contents of the impleadment application and find that there are good grounds to allow the application. Accordingly, the impleadment application is allowed.
Let the petitioners to implead the affected persons in the array of opposite parties, as opposite party Nos.3 to 12, as mentioned in the prayer clause of the application, within 48 hours. Let the notices be issued to the private-opposite parties/ newly impleaded opposite party Nos.3 to 12, returnable at an early date. Let necessary steps be taken within a week. Office to proceed accordingly.
Let the counter affidavit be filed within a period of three weeks. Rejoinder affidavit, if any, may be filed within a week thereafter. List this petition connecting with Writ Petition No.6540 (S/S) of 2019.
