Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel.
From a bare reading of the disclosures made in the writ petition, it is evident that against an order of termination which was passed on 24 July 2016, an appeal has been preferred only on 27 August 2018. Consequently, this Court finds no ground to issue any peremptory directions for the disposal of the appeal at this stage.
Accordingly while the writ petition is dismissed at this stage, it is left open to the petitioner to approach again in case the matter is inordinately delayed.
