JUDGMENT / ORDER

Though the petitioner had filed this Writ Petition seeking for a direction to the respondents 2 to 5 to correct the BTR records in respect of the property in his ownership and possession, during the course of hearing, the learned counsel for petitioner had submitted Ext.P5 application before the District Collector seeking an order under Clause 6 of the Kerala Land Utilization Order, 1967. 2. Having regard to the aforesaid factual situation and without going into the merits of the submissions made, I am of the view that this Writ Petition can be disposed of as under leaving open all other contentions raised in this Writ Petition.
W.P.(C) No.13226/2014 2 Second respondent or any other competent officer authorised in that behalf shall consider Ext.P5 application under Clause 6 of the Kerala Land Utilization Order, in accordance with the procedure, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
