The petitioner has completed the 5 year LLB Course from the Government Law College, Thrissur in the year 2012. The petitioner has cleared all the papers but has failed in two papers of the Xth Semester Examination. They are the 'Human Rights Law' and 'Arbitration Conciliation and Alternative dispute redressal system'. The petitioner got 29 marks and 32 marks respectively for the above subjects. Though the petitioner appeared for improvement, he only passed in one subject. The petitioner thereupon applied for revaluation of his answer papers. He seeks the issue of appropriate directions for completion of the revaluation expeditiously.
2. Adv.Sri.Santhosh Mathew who appears for the University submits that the revaluation has been completed, but there has been no change in the marks awarded to the petitioner. The petitioner is not entitled to any moderation as per the Rules applicable.
3. In view of the above submissions, I am not satisfied that there are any grounds to grant any of the reliefs sought for in this writ petition.
This writ petition fails and the same is therefore, dismissed.
