Heard learned counsel for the appellant-plaintiff. This first appeal has been filed by the appellant- plaintiff against the order dated 12.01.2018 passed by the Principal Judge, Family Court Pilibhit in Misc. Case No. 26 of 2016, arising out of Matrimonial Petition No. 183 of 2012 Pravesh Kumar vs. Mamta Devi, by which the ex parte decree of divorce passed by the Principal Judge Family Court on 03.08.2013 has been set aside.
Having perused the impugned order, we do not find that the same suffers from any infirmity or illegality, which may warrant any interference by this Court. The appeal lacks merit and is hereby dismissed.
