JUDGMENT / ORDER

Heard learned counsel for petitioners and perused petition.
In this writ petition prayer has been made that respondent no.5 Adhik Shika, Nari Niketan, Varanasi should be directed to produce corpus Ansuiya before this Court and to set her at liberty.
Averment made in affidavit filed alongwith petition shows that corpus has been detained in Nari Niketan vide order dated 17.2.2014 passed by Cheif Judicial Magistrate, Sonbhadra.
Only writ of habeas corpus against private custody is cognizable by Single Judge Bench and writ of habeas corpus against government custody is cognizable by Division Bench.
In view of above, this petition should be heard by Division Bench.
Put up before appropraite Bench as fresh on 24.11.2014.
