Heard.
The instant writ petition has been filed seeking following reliefs:
"(I.) Issue a Writ, order or direction in the nature of Certiorari quashing the impugned FIR dated 18.04.2021 lodged by the Respondent No.4 in FIR No.180 of 2021, under Sections 147, 148, 149, 504, 323, 308, 452, 325, 506 IPC, P.S. Kotwali Bikapur, District- Ayodhya, as contained in Annexure-1 to this Writ petition, in the interest of justice;
(II) Issue a Writ, order or direction in nature of Mandamus commanding and directing the Respondents Authorities not to arrest the petitioner on the basis of the impugned FIR dated 18.04.2021 bearing FIR No.180 of 2021, under Sections 147, 148, 149, 504, 323, 308, 452, 325, 506 IPC, P.S. Kotwali Bikapur, District- Ayodhya;
(III) Such other and further order or direction as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper."
After arguing the matter at some length, Mr. Paritosh Shukla, learned counsel for the petitioner makes a statement at bar that he may be permitted to withdraw the writ petition.
Writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn.
