JUDGMENT / ORDER

In spite of service on opposite party no.1 Balbeer Singh S/o Santokh Singh, no body has turned up nor any power has been filed on his behalf. The report of the Chief Judicial Magistrate indicates that service has been affected personally and all the necessary documetns have been handed over to him.
In these circumstances, there is no option except to issue bailable warrant against the opposite party no.1.
Let non-bailable warrant be issued against opposite party no.1 Balbeer Singh for appearing before this Court on 04.03.2011.
