Heard learned counsel for the parties.
In pith and substance, the petitioner is asking that his representation dated 29.11.2017 addressed to the District Basic Shiksha Adhikari, Jaunpur, with regard to consideration of his claim for appointment on the post of Part Time Teacher (Female), may be decided expeditiously in the light of Pattrank K.G.B.V./32/8688/2015-16 dated 18.03.2016.
Learned Standing Counsel very fairly submits that in case any such representation is pending, the same would be decided by the concerned authority.
In view of the above, without entering into the merit of the case, the writ petition, on consent, stands disposed of directing the District Basic Shiksha Adhikari, Jaunpur, to consider and decide the aforesaid representation of the petitioner by a reasoned and speaking order in accordance with law especially in the light of Pattrank K.G.B.V./32/8688/2015-16 dated 18.03.2016, expeditiously, preferably, within two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order .
