1.This is an application seeking transfer of Case No. 233 of 2010 ( Anant Kumar Vs. Pratima Devi) moved under section 13 of Hindu Marriage Act pending in the court of Addl.District Judge, Court no.3, Mirzapur to Varanasi.
2. I have heard Sri Namit Srivastava, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Sunil Kumar Gupta, learned counsel for the respondent.
3. Both the learned Counsel submits that let this case be transferred to Varanasi so that trial be concluded expeditiously.
4. Let the record of Case No. 233 of 2010 (Anant Kumar Vs. Pratima Devi) under section 13 of Hindu Marriage Act pending in the Court of Addl.District Judge, Court no.3, Mirzapur be transferred to Varanasi. The Court at Mirzapur shall ensure immediate transmission of record to Varanasi. The District Judge, Varanasi is directed to assign this matter to appropriate competent Court without any further delay. I further direct the Court at Varanasi to proceed and decide the matter expeditiously.
