This Court has heard the learned advocates for the applicants in both these matters on 21.3.2012 and on request made by Mr. I. H. Syed, learned advocate for the respondent No.2, the matters were kept on 28.3.2012. However, on that day when the matters were called out, Mr. Syed, learned advocate was not present. Subsequently, at his instance, the matters were adjourned to 30.3.2012, that is, today.
Today again, when the matters were called out, Mr. I. H. Syed, learned advocate for the respondent No.2 is not present. Under the circumstances, the matters are adjourned to 03.04.2012. On that day, if the learned advocate for the respondent No.2 is not present, the matters shall be proceeded with exparte.
