Heard learned A.G.A.for the State of U.P.
This petition has been filed with a prayer that a suitable direction may be issued to Opp.Party No. 1 to 3 to remove the illegal house possession/grabbing of the petitioners' house from Sector 14/340 Indira Nagar, Lucknow in respect of the application dated 1.5.2014 and application dated 15.5.2014.
The prayer sought may not be granted because the petitioners have not chosen the appropriate forum. This petition is misconceived. Accordingly, it is dismissed.
