This Criminal Revision Petition coming on for Admission, this day, the Court made the following:
ORDER Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has reliably learnt that the matter has been amicably settled between the parties and petitioner-accused has already deposited the fine amount before the Court below and as such, the parties are not interested to prosecute the present petition. He further submits that, if the settlement is not confirmed, he be given liberty to revive the said order. The said submission is placed on record.
2. In view of the submission made and the fact that settlement is said to have been arrived at between the parties, the petition is disposed off with liberty as sought for.
In view of the disposal of the main petition, I.A.No.1/2019 does not survive for consideration.
