By means of the present writ petition, petitioner has prayed for a direction to produce ex-party order dated 27.11.2018 passed by District Magistrate, Mainpuri which was not provided to the petitioner and the same may be quashed and quash its consequential order dated 29.11.2018 passed by Sub Divisional Magistrate, Kishani, Mainpuri and not to make any further selection pursuant to the orders impugned.
Learned counsel for the petitioner on the basis of instructions submits that cause for filing of the writ petition no more survives as the grievance of the petitioner has already been redressed by the authorities concerned as such the present writ petition may be dismissed as not pressed.
Sri Devesh Vikram, learned Standing Counsel has no objection the same.
In view of above, the writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
