Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
The Present petition has been filed seeking a direction to the Khafifa Judge, Jhansi to consider and decide the Original Suit Old No. 437 of 2013 New No. 22 of 2018 (Smt. Pratibha Agarwal & Others Vs. Anil Singh & Others) expeditiously and preferably within stipulated period.
Bearing in mind the fact that in the suit for permanent injunction, a temporary injunction is stated to operate in favour of the plaintiff petitioner, the Court finds no ground to issue any peremptory direction for its out of turn disposal. The petitioner has also failed to establish that the roster of that court would warrant such a direction being framed.
The writ petition is dismissed.
