JUDGMENT / ORDER

Hon'ble Ran Vijai Singh,J.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.G.A.
In the present case F.I.R. quashing of which has been asked for, has been perused. Same discloses commission of cognizable offence as such this Court refuses to interfere in the matter. However in case petitioners appear before the court concerned within three weeks from today, and apply for bail in the aforesaid case, their prayer for bail shall be considered and disposed of expeditiously in accordance with the observation made by Hon'ble Apex Court in the case of Lal Kamlendra Pratap Singh Vs. State of U.P. reported in 2009 (2) Crime (4) (SC).
