The grivance of the petitioner is that the Revision which was filed against the order dated 23.2.2015 is pending since 2015 and that a direction may be issued to the Revisional Court that the Revision itself may be decided expeditiously.
It is, therefore, directed that the Revision No.C-2015050000384 (Prateek Baranwal & Anr. Vs. Smt. Bandana Ahuja & Ors.) be decided within a period of three months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment.
The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
