No. 1051 of 2012 in Crime No. 91 of 2012 of Kovvuru Police Station passed by the Additional District Judge, West Godavari District, Kovvur and cancel the anticipatory bail granted in favour of the respondents R-2 to R-4 under Cr.M.P. No. 1051 of 012 in Crime no. 91 of 2012 of Kovvur Rural Police Station, West Godavari District;
And whereas the High Court, upon perusing the petition and memorandum of grounds filed herein, and upon hearing the arguments of Sri Chandra Sekhar, Advocate for the Petitioner, and the Public Prosecutor for the Respondent No.1, directed issue of fresh notice to the Respondent No. 5 herein returnable in two weeks to show cause as to why this Criminal petition should not be admitted;
