Against the order rejecting petitioner's revision arising out of order of punishment passed against him, the petitioner has remedy of approaching U.P. Public Service Tribunal, Lucknow. Since the petitioner has not availed such remedy, this writ petition is not liable to be entertained.
In the facts and circumstances, it is, however, provided that in case petitioner prefers a claim petition before the U.P. Public Service Tribunal, alongwith certified copy of this order, within a period of four weeks from today, the Tribunal is requested to entertain it and decide the same, in accordance with law.
