Case called out. Learned Standing Counsel for the State is present. Learned counsel for the petitioner has failed to appear.
By way of this writ petition, the petitioner has prayed that this Court may direct the respondents to decide the representation of the petitioner dated 23.1.2019, annexure No.3 to this writ petition, within stipulated time. It has also been prayed that this Court may direct the respondent concerned to issue a fresh cheque in place of Cheque No.AP 104235/- which was lost.
Learned Standing Counsel for the State shall impress upon the authorities concerned to mitigate the hardship of the petitioner and if cheque is genuinely misplaced or lost or F.I.R. already lodged, the respondent may take fresh decision and give fresh cheque after all scrutiny which may be necessary for the purpose.
With the aforesaid direction, this writ petition is disposed of.
