Heard learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Amit Kumar, the learned Brief Holder on behalf of the State and perused the record.
The present application for grant of anticipatory bail has been filed by the applicant in case crime No.509 of 2019, under Sections 452, 354, 376, 511, 506 I.P.C., Police Station Tundla, District- Firozabad.
The supplementary affidavit fails to disclose special circumstances and hence the Court finds itself unable to entertain this application which shall stand consequently rejected.
This order however shall not preclude the applicant from petitioning the Sessions Court for grant of anticipatory bail.
