Heard Sri Alok Kumar learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri Gaurav Mehrotra, learned counsel for the respondent no.3 and learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents.

Learned counsel for the respondent no.3 has submitted that the writ petitioner has challenge the impugned notice dated 07.08.2019 for election and in pursuance of the order dated 22.08.2019 issued by Election Commissioner, by which election proceedings has been postponed and thus, the writ petition has become infructuous.

In view of the aforesaid, nothing survives in the writ petition and therefore, the writ petition is accordingly, dismissed.
