Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
Present writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the First Additional Civil Judge (Senior Division) Kanpur Nagar to decide Civil Suit No. 86 of 2011, Pratap Bhanu Singh Vs. Omkar Bhan Singh and others within a stipulated period.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, the present writ petition is finally disposed of with the direction to the First Additional Civil Judge (Senior Division), Kanpur Nagar to expedite the hearing of the aforesaid suit and decide the same on its own merit, in accordance with law, expeditiously provided there is no legal impediment and no unnecessary adjournments shall be granted to the parties.
With the aforesaid observations/ directions, the present writ petition is finally disposed of.
