JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petitioner apprehends that based on Ext.P4 order, he cannot remove the entire quantity of the earth within the period mentioned in Ext.P4. As per Ext.P4, the petitioner has been permitted to remove 360 MT within three days by using the vehicles. If the petitioner is unable to remove the entire quantity within the time mentioned in Ext.P4, the permit shall be extended for such period as the Geologist deem fit to grant. It is made clear that the petitioner need not pay further royalty for the quantity of 360 MT. The petitioner shall also be permitted to use additional vehicles for transporting the quantity as per Ext.P4 permit and the numbers of vehicle shall be furnished to the Geologist.
The writ petition is disposed of as above.
