THIS PETITION COMING ON FOR PRELIMINARY HEARING, THIS DAY, THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING:
O R D E R Learned counsel for the petitioner after arguing the matter to some extent seeks leave of this Court to withdraw the petition with liberty to file an application for review of the order dated 25.10.2018 passed by the family Court in view of the law laid down by the Supreme Court in the case of STATE OF MAHARASHTRA vs RAMDAS SHRINIVAS NAYAK & ANR – AIR 1982 SC 1249.
Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid.
