The petitioners have sought a writ of mandamus directing the Secretary Examination Regulatory Authority and State Education Research and Training Council, U.P. to get the form registered for the written examination under the advertisement dated 1st December, 2018 for recruitment process against 69,000 vacancies of Assistant Teachers in Junior Basic Schools.
It is admitted position that petitioners have not been able to qualify BTC Examination, and therefore, in the opinion of the Court no effective relief can be granted.
Writ petition lacks merit and is accordingly dismissed.
