THIS WRIT PETITION COMING ON FOR PRELIMINARY HARING IN ‘B’ GROUP THIS DAY, THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING:-

2. The petition is admitted for hearing. With consent of the learned counsel for the parties, the same is heard finally.
3. In this petition, the petitioner inter alia seeks for a direction to the respondent authorities to consider the request of the petitioner for payment of sale proceeds.
4. When the matter was taken up today, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the controversy involved in this petition is squarely covered by an order dated 30.01.2018 passed by a Bench of this Court in W.P.No.25063/2017.
5. In view of the aforesaid submission and for the reasons assigned in the order passed by the Bench of this Court, this petition is disposed of.
