Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the State- respondents.
The petitioner, by means of this writ petition, has prayed for the following reliefs:
"A). Issue an appropriate writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding to the respondent no.2 and 3 to issue provisional certificate to the petitioner and verify the educational documents of the petitioner from their university records of B.Ed. Course 2013 and send the verification report to the District Basic Education Officer, Firozabad expeditiously within a time bound manner fixed by this Hon'ble Court."
The petitioner has completed B.Ed. Examination, 2013 and has applied for provisional degree of B.Ed. 2013.
Ms. Shambhvi Tiwari, learned counsel appearing for the respondents submits that the enquiry in respect of the degree of the petitioner is under going. She, therefore, submits that the enquiry will be concluded within four weeks by the authority concerned.
Accordingly, this Court directs the respondent no.3 to conclude the enquiry within a period of four weeks from the date a copy of this order downloaded from the official website of the Allahabad High Court duly certified by the learned counsel for the petitioner is presented before it. If on enquiry, Degree of the petitioner is found in order, the provisional degree of B.Ed.-2013 be issued to the petitioner within two weeks' thereafter.
With the aforesaid observations/directions, the writ petition stands finally disposed of.
