1. By this application, the applicant seeks condonation of delay of fifty four days caused in filing Civil Revision Application (Stamp) No. 276 of 2011.
2. Heard Mr. D.K.Trivedi, learned advocate for the applicant. Despite service of rule, there is no appearance on behalf of the respondent.
3. Having regard to the averments made in the memorandum of application, this Court is of the view that the delay caused in filing the revision application has been sufficiently explained. In the circumstances, the application is allowed. The delay of fifty four days caused in filing Civil Revision Application (Stamp) No. 276 of 2011 is hereby condoned. Rule is made absolute accordingly with no order as to costs.
