Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the respondents.
By means of this 482 Cr.P.C. application the applicant is seeking a direction to the trial court to decide the Case No. 404 of 2015, Prashant Kumar Tripathi Vs. Ragvendra Singh dated 27.5.2015, under Section 138 N.I. Act, P.S. Shivkuti, District Allahabad, pending in the Court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Court No. 1, Allahabad, expeditiously.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application is disposed of with a direction to the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Court No. 1, Allahabad to consider and decide the aforesaid case of the applicant expeditiously preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.
