Heard learned counsel for the applicants, learned counsel for the opposite party no.2 and learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record of this application.
Learned counsel for the applicants submits that applicant no.1 (husband) is always willing to reside with his wife respondent no.2 Smt. Indu peacefully without endangering her life and in regard thereto he is ready to co-operate with respondent no.2.
Learned counsel for the opposite party no.2 is also ready to go and cooperate with the applicant no.1.
In view of above, it is expected that both the parties should settle their dispute because both are employed and educated persons and they should behave like educated citizens and should not create any trouble to each other and follow the mandate and essence of order of the court below.
Accordingly, this application is finally disposed off.
