The applicant has preferred the present contempt application for non- compliance of the final judgment and order dated 18.5.2016 passed in Writ - A No. 2859 of 2016 (Prashant Kumar & another v. Badri Narayan Singh & 50 others).
Sri A.C. Mishra, learned Addl. Chief Standing Counsel submits that the order of the writ court has been complied with in its letter and spirit.
In this view of the matter, the Court is of the opinion that no further orders are required to be passed in the present Contempt Petition.
The contempt application is dismissed.
