As requested, put up this case on Tuesday, in order to enable the learned counsel for the petitioner to file supplementary affidavit, giving therein full details of the candidates with less merit than the petitioner and who have been accorded admission.

Learned counsel for the petitioner is also directed to serve a copy of the writ petition as well as supplementary affidavit to be filed hereafter, on Sri Ramesh Upadhyaya, Advocae, who represents the institution concerned before this Court.
