Heard Sri Rohit Pandey, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel appearing for the respondents and perused the record.
Present petition has been filed with following prayer:-
"(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent No. 1 and 2 to declare the result of the petitioner as successful candidate in L.L.B. Final Year (IIIrd Year) examination having roll No. 0100525 and Reg./Enroll No. CSJMA11000158022 in the Session 2017-18 Chhatrapati Sahuji Maharaj University Kanpur.
(ii) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent No. 1 and 2 to permit the petitioner to appear in Back paper of one paper, Paper No. 3 in L.L.B. IIIrd Semester or the paper No. 3 as may be revalued."
After some arguments, learned counsel for the parties agree that the grievance of the petitioner can be suitably redressed by respondent no. 2, Examination Controller, Chhatrapati Shahu Ji Maharaj University, Kanpur.
Accordingly, present petition stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file a detailed representation before the respondent no. 2, Examination Controller, Chhatrapati Shahu Ji Maharaj University, Kanpur along with a self- attested copy of this order, which may be verified from the official website of this Court. In case, any such representation is filed by the petitioner before the respondent no. 2, the same shall be considered and decided on its own merits, strictly in accordance with law by the respondent no. 2 preferably within a period of one month from the date of filing of such representation before him.
With the aforesaid observation/ direction, present petition stands disposed of.
