1. It is informed that learned advocate for the petitioners has filed leave note.
2. Office has placed present petition under note dated 19.12.2012 with remarks that:
"It is further submitted that the Learned Advocate for the petitioner has not supplied copies of the petition which are required to be send along with the notice in Misc. Criminal Application No.11898 of 2012.
Under the above stated circumstances, if approved, the matter may be ordered to be placed before the Hon'ble Court for passing orders regarding non-supply of copies of petition and extension of returnable date."
3. In that view of the matter, petitioners are directed to supply requisite number of copies of the petition as per the requirement of the registry on or Page 1 of 2 R/CR.MA/11898/2012 ORDER before 21.12.2012. Otherwise petition will stand dismissed for non-prosecution.
4. If the requisite number of copies of the petition are supplied by the petitioners on or before 21.12.2012, returnable date of Notice shall stand extended upto 16.1.2013.
