Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the record.
By means of the present petition, the petitioners herein seek for quashing of the first information report dated 01.05.2021 in Case Crime No.47 of 2021 under Sections 376 and 120-B IPC, P.S.- Sirsa Kalar, District- Jalaun.
The contention is that the entire family has been falsely implicated on the allegations made in the first information report on account of village party bandi.
The petitioner no.2 is a veterinary doctor and has a good reputation in the village.
Be that as it may, looking to the allegations made in the first information report, though we do not find any good ground to quash the same, it is provided that the petitioners shall not be arrested till submission of the police report under Section 173(2) Cr.P.C. They shall, however, co-operate with the investigation and shall not make any effort to influence any witness.
The writ petition is disposed of.
