Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and Ms. Subhra Singh, learned Standing Counsel for the State- respondents.
The limited relief pressed before us by the learned Counsel for the petitioner is for an appropriate direction to the respondent No.5/Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Mahoba to decide the representation dated 27.05.2018, contained in Annexure No.9 to the petition, within a fixed time-frame.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, we dispose of this petition with a direction to the respondent No.5 to decide the pending request of the petitioner, referred to above, in accordance with law, within a period of two months, from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
