JUDGMENT / ORDER

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
By means of the present writ petition, the petitioner has challenged the order dated 25.09.2009 passed by the District Magistrate, Allahabad refusing the grant of Arm Licence. Petitioner has statutory alternative remedy to file an appeal against the order impugned under Section 18 of the Arms Act.
Writ petition accordingly, fails and stands dismissed on the ground of alternative remedy.
